Santur pays all premiums for full time regular employees. In addition, we pay most of the cost of premiums for family members and domestic partners.

Benefit Description
Medical Santur offers its employees the opportunity to choose from three plans: Blue Cross PPO, Blue Cross HMO, and Kaiser. Employees can allocate pre-tax funds to pay for qualified Dependent Care and Medical Care Expenses.

Dental Provided by Delta Dental Preferred.

Vision Provided by Vision Service Plan (VSP).

Domestic Partners Santur offers employees the ability to add Domestic Partners and their children to their benefit plan.

Short Term and Long Term Disability, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, and Life Insurance Additional voluntary supplemental life and dependent life benefits are available at affordable group rates.
